Seda Sanli | Principle Lawyer

Seda Sanli is a dedicated and trusted advocate who views her role as a privilege, offering her clients expert legal guidance and unwavering support. Originally from Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Seda discovered her love for the Whitsundays on a family holiday and has since made it her home.

Now, as the founder of a modern law firm, Seda focuses on property and commercial law, combining her passion for real estate with her small-business experience — while also guiding clients through family law and wills and estates matters with the same care and clarity. She is committed to helping individuals, families, and entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of the legal landscape.

Her practice leverages the latest technological advancements, offering 100% digital services for clients who prefer it. Seda prioritises responsiveness, transparent legal fees, and building long-lasting relationships with every client.

Before establishing her firm, Seda spent seven years working at a leading personal injury law firm, where she contributed to high-profile cases, including a class action for victims of the 2011 Sydney nursing home fire and claims for child abuse survivors.

Outside of her legal work, Seda is a busy mother of two who enjoys exploring the Whitsunday region, fishing, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.

Finn Nyssen | Law Clerk

As a dedicated member of the Airlie Legal team, Finn Nyssen works closely with clients navigating one of the most significant transactions of their lives — buying and selling residential and commercial property. On any given day, you will find her guiding clients through contracts, answering their questions, and ensuring that every critical deadline is met with precision and care.

Finn's passion for the law began early, studying legal studies throughout high school before completing a Bachelor of Laws and Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University, graduating in 2024. She has always been driven by a genuine desire to help people understand the law, not just the technical aspects, but what it actually means for them. There is nothing more rewarding, she says, than a client who walks away from a transaction feeling confident and informed rather than overwhelmed.

Outside of the office, you will find her in the kitchen baking or curled up with a good book.

Grace Gifford | Law Clerk

Grace Gifford is a UK-qualified lawyer trained at a top London law firm, where she gained broad experience across corporate, commercial, litigation, and real estate matters. She holds a law degree from the University of Bristol and a Master's in Law, Business and Management, completed alongside her training before qualifying as a solicitor in early 2025.

At Airlie Legal, Grace works across commercial, family, and dispute matters, supporting clients through everything from contract and business advice to the more personal, high-stakes moments of family and litigation matters. She's hands-on from the outset, taking instructions, preparing documents, and guiding each matter through to resolution with care and precision.

Grace relocated from London to Australia in 2025, drawn by the lifestyle, and is currently taking steps to transfer her legal qualification to Australia. Outside of work, she makes the most of her new home, exploring the Whitsundays, getting out on the water, and enjoying the pace of life that first drew her here.

Gabrielle Joice | Lawyer

Gabrielle is passionate about helping clients navigate legal issues with empathy, integrity and practical advice. With a career spanning both the legal and healthcare sectors, she brings a strong appreciation for clear communication, attention to detail and genuine client care to everything she does.

Before joining Airlie Legal, Gabrielle spent several years managing a busy medical practice, gaining extensive experience in leadership, compliance and client care. This background has given her a unique understanding of how to support people through complex and often stressful situations.

Born and raised in North Queensland, Gabrielle is proud to be part of the Whitsunday community and is passionate about supporting local individuals, families and businesses with their legal needs. She has a particular interest in legal research and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and pursuing her academic research.
